Return and Refund.
You can return an order by clicking Return on the My Orders page.
* We accept returns within 30 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
* At the time of inspection if we found that product is damaged or any stain on it by your end we will not accept the product.
* We do not accept returns for Inner wears due to hygiene concerns.
We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.
There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.
Yes we do charge ₹50 for return order if you want our delivery boy to pick the product from your place. Else, if you delivered our product at our warehouse no charges will be applied.
Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your Basskya wallet within 2 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.
Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:
- Once your returned request is accepted and inspection is done immediately you Basskya wallet will be credited. (You can use Basskya wallet money in your next order)
- If you want bank transfer 10% charges will be deduct from your account.
- Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Important Note:
- Please mention in bold the order ID of each of the shipments in the return package on the cover.
- Please write the phrase ‘SELF SHIP’ on the cover of the package.
We do not have an exchange policy. Please place a return request by clicking on the return button available next to the order id number in the My Order section.
If your order has just been delivered, please allow 12-24 hours post delivery for the tracking to get updated. Once the tracking is updated, the return button will be visible on the order page.

Please note we don’t accept returns for the following cases:
- Products where there might be hygiene concerns, you can find the list of such product categories like shorts, mask
- In case if we found any stains or damage on the product at the time of return we will not give you refund
- Products sold in a flash sale.
